Hillcrest Homes is celebrating winning four prestigious property accolades for a striking stone built mansion situated in Prestbury,
The company, which specialises in individually designed homes and select one off schemes in the
Hillcrest also received its fourth consecutive ‘Built in Quality’ award and second ‘Best in Cheshire’ award, both from Macclesfield Borough Council who annually recognise those homes in the borough which set a high standard for the quality of their design and construction.
The winning property, called Graythwaite, featured strikingly original architecture influenced by famed American designer Frank Lloyd Wright and the most attractive properties in the Prestbury area.
As well as six large en-suite bedrooms and ample reception areas, the property featured a beautiful oak framed pool house with heated swimming pool.
Specification was of a very high standard with a bespoke kitchen scheme crafted by German manufacturers SieMatic and six individually styled bathrooms from Swiss masters Laufen, including a mezzanine bathroom to the master suite which offered views over Prestbury Golf Course from the bathtub.
The property has now been sold and Hillcrest is working with the owner to integrate a number of renewable energy sources into the scheme.
