FUTURE ∙ CURRENT ∙ PAST
Leigh Road, Hale
Hillcrest Homes is proud to be the chosen partner of Trafford Council and the newly formed Hale Community Trust for the redevelopment of the site of the former Hale library on Leigh Road.
Together, the alliance is putting the finishing touches to a planning application to be presented for review in a few weeks time (Summer 2016). The plans are the result of a comprehensive period of consultation with experts in areas such as engineering, design and the environment and help ensure the schemes presented offer the best possible use of the sites as well as respond to the housing needs of homebuyers local to the Hale area.
As part of the proposals, Hillcrest Homes will also help deliver a brand new community ‘hub’ off Ashley Road on the site of Hale Bowling Club. This new purpose built facility will provide clubs, associations and community groups in Hale with a well-equipped series of spaces in which to stage regular meetings and special events as well as providing the community with a modern library facility.
More information will be released on presentation of the planning application.
