Hillcrest has released new imagery of its stunning new development of 30 characterful homes, which are currently under construction at The Warren, on Whalley Road in Hurst Green.
An animated fly-through movie and computer-generated-images were exclusively revealed to those attending a hugely successful information day, held at The Shireburn Arms Hotel in Hurst Green. The launch event allowed both local residents and interested parties the opportunity to find out more about the development.
Simone Milner, Sales Manager at Hillcrest commented: “We are delighted with the response to our open day. The attendance exceeded our expectations with many local residents as well as prospective buyers calling in to look at the images, view the plans, and express their interest in the homes we are creating at The Warren. We couldn’t have had a warmer welcome to the area and it was amazing to meet with everyone and share our fantastic new images and fly-through movie.
“Even though the homes will not be released for sale until September, we’ve already had requests from many potential buyers keen to put their names down for first refusal on specific plots,” she added.
The Warren is set in Hurst Green, one of the Ribble Valley’s most picturesque villages, and offers a range of stylish and spacious homes to suit a broad range of homebuyers.
The charming development of 30 homes includes, two-bedroom bungalows, three-bedroom semi-detached homes, two and three bedroom terraced homes and four and five bedroom family homes.
Each home has been exclusively designed for The Warren and is inspired by the location and local architecture. These latest visuals offer a birds-eye view of how each of the homes has been designed into its individual setting and surround a new village green with a majestic 200-year-old Ash tree at its centre.
The Warren will be released for sale in September with the first homes ready to move into as early as February 2019 and full scheme completion due by the Summer.
