The Warren, Hillcrest’s stunning new development of 30 homes under construction in Hurst Green will be brought to life through an animated fly-through movie and computer generated images on display for the first time at a special Information Day at The Shireburn Arms Hotel on Sunday 20th May between 11am and 3pm.
The Warren, on Whalley Road in Hurst Green village, offers a range of properties for buyers at all stages of the property ladder. A choice of two bedroom bungalows, two and three bedroom terraced homes, three bedroom semi-detached homes and four and five bedroom detached homes will be released for sale from September, priced from £285,000.
The Warren Information Day is free to attend and has been organised to offer both local residents and interested parties the opportunity to find out more about the development.
On display will be new high quality colour images and floor plans of each of the different styles of homes on offer. Each home has been designed exclusively for The Warren and inspired by the location and local architecture. A ‘bird’s eye view’ will illustrate how well each of the homes has been designed into it’s individual setting within the scheme and show a new village green with a stunning 200-year-old Ash tree at the centre.
Also on display for the first time will be a ‘fly-through’ that combines aerial drone footage with computer animation to bring each of the new homes to life.
Guests can view detailed plans of the development, register their interest in specific plots and get to know the team behind the development over coffee and cake.
Homes will be built in locally sourced natural stone and render and will feature a high standard of specification with Villeroy & Boch bathrooms and SieMatic kitchens with Neff appliances supplied by Read based kitchen designers, Stuart Frazer.
Says Simone Milner, Sales Manager at Hillcrest, “The purpose of the Information Day is for local residents and potential buyers to find out more about what we have planned for Hurst Green. It’s a fantastic opportunity to get a feel for the development and what the homes are going to look like.
“We’ve already had a huge amount of interest in the development with over 80 people preregistered to attend the Information Day and many more expected on the day. We’re looking forward to meeting them and sharing our fantastic new images and plans,” she added.
