The Ribble Valley is the Happiest Place in The UK – Its Official!

The Ribble Valley has been officially named ‘the happiest place in the UK’ by the The Office for National Statistics.

On a scale of 0 to 10, Ribble Valley residents scored an average of 8.30 when asked by government surveyors about how happy they felt, well above the national average of 7.56. Anxiety levels were also low too, scoring just 2.4 out of a possible 10.

The Ribble Valley is home to Hillcrest’s latest development, The Warren in Hurst Green near Clitheroe, where 31 new unique homes are being crafted in natural local stone and white render. They range in size from 2 bedroom terraced cottages to 5 bedroom detached homes, offering stylish living accommodation for buyers at all stages of the property ladder, and include properties available via Home Reach, the nationwide part-buy part-rent scheme via heylo housing.
